COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Pulse College does not collect any personal information about you on these websites apart from information which you volunteer (for example by using our course application form). Any personal information which you volunteer to Pulse College in connection with these websites will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2003. Accordingly, Pulse College shall only process such information in line with the purpose for which you provided it to the extent necessary to provide you with the information or service you require.  Pulse College shall not disclose your information to third parties unless you are specifically informed otherwise or we require a third party to process the information on our behalf (in which case Pulse College requires these third parties to comply with its instructions and we require that they do not use your personal information for their own business purposes, unless you have explicitly consented to the use of your personal information in this way). You are under no obligation to provide this information, but if you don’t then we may not be able to provide you with certain services or personalise your experience and tailor our Services for you.

NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to our Web Sites. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our Web Sites. We may from time to time supply the owners or operators of third party sites from which it is possible to link to our Web Sites with information relating to the number of users linking to our Web Sites from their sites. USE OF COOKIES

We may make available files for you to download to your computer. We cannot accept responsibility for any malicious software that may be copied to your computer.
