What happens at the Event?

I cannot attend the Open Day. Can I arrange to visit on a different day?
Yes you can. We would be very happy to arrange a visit for you on an alternative date. We have many Open Days on throughout the year and these are listed below these FAQ’s. If you would like to arrange a private campus tour and meeting, simply email us be clicking here and place Campus Tour in the email subject line.

Yes, provided there are spaces available. Please make sure you pre-book for everyone who wishes to attend. For some of the workshops and events, they may be limited to yourself and not open to extra family members due to space requirements.
Will I receive information about the open day?
After registering you will receive various e-mails, as well as texts, from us which will include what to expect from the Open Day and practical advice. Please take note to read all correspondence from the college regarding Open Days as they will contain important information.
Is it best to arrive ahead of the Open Day start time?
Yes, the event will start sharp at the allocated start time with a welcome talk so we recommend being on site at least 10mins before the Open Day start time. No, due to the layout of the campuses the Open Days have a structured programme and we do not allow visitors to explore the facilities unattended. Visitors will need to come to the reception of whichever campus event that are attending to check in and will be directed to the Welcome Talk before the remainder of the Open Day begins.
